3. About the service

ByteNova is an editorial media project covering artificial intelligence and technology. Content is published on TikTok, YouTube and Instagram. This website provides information about the project and the legally required disclosures.

4. Content and liability

Content is researched carefully and based on verifiable sources. It is provided for general information only and does not constitute legal, tax, financial or investment advice. No liability is accepted for decisions made on the basis of this content.

Videos are produced with the assistance of generative AI and are labelled accordingly on each platform. No warranty is given as to accuracy, completeness or timeliness.

5. Intellectual property

All content is protected by copyright. Any use beyond the limits permitted by law requires prior written consent. Stock footage is used under licence from commercial stock providers; their respective licence terms remain unaffected.

6. The „ByteNova Upload" application

The application is an internal tool of the provider. It is not distributed to third parties, not publicly available, and processes exclusively the provider's own content on the provider's own accounts. There are no other users. Use by third parties is neither intended nor technically possible.

The application accesses the official APIs of YouTube, TikTok and Instagram solely to publish the provider's own videos and to read the publication status of those videos. It complies with the developer terms and platform policies of each provider, including the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, the TikTok Developer Terms of Service and the Meta Platform Terms.

7. External links

This website links to external services. The respective operators are solely responsible for their content.

8. Changes

These terms may be amended if the service or the legal situation changes. The version published on this page applies.

9. Governing law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, unless mandatory consumer protection provisions state otherwise.
