6. The „ByteNova Upload" application
Videos are published using a self-developed, non-public application. It accesses the official APIs of YouTube, TikTok and Instagram exclusively for the accounts of the controller named in section 1.
Purpose and scope
- Uploading the controller's own videos to the controller's own channels
- Setting the associated metadata: title, description, tags, scheduled publication time and the disclosure of AI-assisted content
- Reading the publication status of those same videos
Data processed
The application processes only video files and metadata created by the controller, together with the OAuth access tokens for the controller's own accounts. No data about viewers, followers or any other users is collected, stored or processed. The application has no other users besides the controller.
Storage and disclosure
Access tokens are stored exclusively on a local machine belonging to the controller, protected by restricted file permissions. No storage on third-party servers takes place. Data is not shared with third parties, not sold, and not used for advertising. There is no automated evaluation and no profiling. Data obtained from the platform APIs is not used to build any user profile and is not transferred to any other service.
Retention and revocation
Access tokens are retained only as long as the application is in use. Access can be revoked at any time in the security settings of the respective platform account. Following revocation, the locally stored tokens become invalid and are deleted.

Use of the YouTube API Services is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Use of the TikTok and Meta APIs is subject to the respective developer terms and platform policies.
